I don't mind the common landing gear I have now and in reality the gear box is twisting alot and it begins to skip when there is a load on the landing gear....not going to last much longer IMO.


Out of curiosity (for those that have WW TH's) does your landing gear gearbox/motor twist and move while the lansing gear is in operation?

Mine twists and skips all the time. Ordering Bulldog landing gear now.

I recently had the Bulldog dual landing gear system installed on my 5er. It works great. I still use blocks to level side to side.

I wanted to update everyone on my venture. I purchased a set of Bulldog 10k static 10k lift jacks, each with it's own motor. It took a little bit of fabricating and welding but it worked perfect! The entire install took me about 8 hours (Im anal about stuff) and I can report I am very happy with the results. The jacks are quiet and smooth.

Take a look at the Rieco Titan Ground Control system. It replaces the front landing gear with two independant jacks and also has rear independant lifting jacks to complete the job. Each jack is controlled individually with a wireless remote so you will not tweek your frame. (First level front to back and then side to side.) Each jack is capable of lifting 5K# and can lift your rig off the ground. (tire change). Thank you Bill for all the help. I did some reserach and spoke to Bulldog today regarding their 500161 kit 10k static/10k lift dual motor setup and I think this is the way I am going to go. Very nice setup, 5 year warranty and it appears most if not all landing gear share the same dimensional measurements in regards to OD of the square tube. The only trouble I may run into is the prewelded stops on the outer tubes that limit vertical movement once the units are bolted in place. Thank you again for bringing this nice product to my attention!

Hi Joe,

I have a Forest River (Shockwave) TH. It is a triple axle. Aside from some axle alignment problems, everything has been great. It is a 2010.
