2013 Keystone Sprinter ((Copper Canyon) 333FWFLS

Hello Everyone !
I am new to the forum and need some information.
The 2013 Keystone Sprinter 333FWFLS (Copper Canyon Edition)
I have been looking at one and thinking of purchasing it from a local dealer.
Has anyone had any experience with this unit and what are your thoughts ??
Thank

I found a link that is on Facebook that claims that Keystone has a huge law suite against them for poor quality.
I do believe I am going to look at a different manufacturer or stay with my 06 Glendale
If anyone has an opinion about Keystone I would like your input.

If Keystone (Thor) is facing a huge (class-action) lawsuit, I'd like to know about it. There is a "beware" facebook page, but the owner of that page tends not to give legal advice and actually discourages people from suing - not sure what the point is...

Keystone builds a ton of RVs. More than anyone. They use traditional construction techniques and employ people who are paid moderately well. There are issues with their RVs, but I'd say there are issues with almost all new RVs.

My advice: Look at their BBB page. Not the number of complaints, but how they respond to the consumer. Do they actually address the issue? Now compare their BBB page to responses on Jayco's BBB page - or some other non-Thor brand.

Determine the cost difference between Keystone and the other brand, determine if the warranty difference (if any), direct factory support (Keystone doesn't provide this), and how well they respond to consumers is worth the price difference...
  • We have an 05 Keystone Sprinter, love it, no major issues and we buy new in a year would not hesitate in buying another Keystone product.

  • We bought a 2013 Keystone Mountaineer 295RK on 4/1/15. We are full timers and I really like the layout of the RV. It is a beautiful RV.....but it's not built as well as our 2003 Holiday Rambler. We haven't had a lot of problems. I think Keystone has a forum, might want to check it out.
