2nd AC in bedroom or garage if using for sleeping?

After looking at more units yesterday, we are going to order an XLR Thunderbolt 340x12hp. The floor plan has everything we are looking for and seems to be put together fairly well. I spoke with the factory rep about 2vs3 AC's and he said they do a few of them on the bigger AMP lineup (40ft plus) and it has an Energy Management system that allows you to run all 3 at the same time. If you then run water heater, or coffee pot, etc,it will reduce the amps (or whatever) to the garage one and would eventually shut if off if the draw got to be too much and start it up again when available. Said can run all three with the 5500 generator and when on 50amp power can run all three without issue or interference from the energy management system????

Seems like a good idea? Said he can only recall a few of the 340x12hp units being sold with the 3 ac's. Said arizona, florida, etc in the dead of summer you will need all 3....the bedroom ac is tied into the ductwork of the main ac, (ie not just blowing in the bedroom), so 2 would like be enough for our purposes (bedroom and living room)

Actually I said TT and Fifth wheels I am very aware that 45 foot class A's have 3 AC's but they have a very sophisticated electrical system and cost alot of money... We live near a 5 Star RV resort with near 200 sites and I actually spent alot of time there and never have seen a TT or Fiver with 3 AC's. I guess 3 AC's are more popular in AZ than Oregon...

Momentum comes to mind using the EMS to balance 3 a/c on their fifth wheels. You have an option for 1/2/3 units for living, bedroom and garage.

Xantrex makes a system that does exactly that, but your typical RV production line factory can't come close top comprehending how to install such a beast in an "assembly line" environment where everything is thrown together.

High end motor-coaches use them.

Looks like it works in conjunction with their inverter - I don't know if t will run as a stand-alone load management system or not.

I am thinking that running two AC's on a 30amp or three on a 50amp system is going to require some kind of electrical management control. ie if your running all your AC's amd then flick on the Microwave or Coffee maker it's going to shut down one of the AC's till the load passes. I look at RV's going down the road all the time and I don't think I have ever seen a TT or Fifth wheel with 3 AC's on it. Not saying it's not done but must be pretty rare...

Also, be sure the unit can be ordered with a 50 amp electrical service. Even with 2 A/Cs, I'd want 50 amp, so I could always run them at the same time and not worry about blowing a breaker if the microwave or water heater kicked on.
