- jnharleyExplorerWe do not have axles since we have the Moryde IS suspension so no issues with that.

I was told that if you lift all 4 tires off the ground the axles would flip. Is that true ?
I can raise either side, front, or back independently. I have the mor-ryde equalizer a & they will flip also but will flip back on thier own. - ramgunnerExplorerLippert does not recommend it.
Lippert techs have been observed doing so when servicing bearings/seals. - avvidclif1ExplorerIt depends on the suspension used. Mine has the Lippert Correct-Track system and the center pivot point springs can flip. You just have to watch it.

- DossExplorerYou guys really taught me something, thanks.
- dezl_drExplorerAlong the road for a tire change I wouldn't unhook. At home to rotate tires or other maintenance I do t hook up.
The problem is they don't have holding vales on the cylinders. If a line were to blow or loosened for some reason the camper would come down.
No worse than a jack and like a jack don't get into a position where you could get smashed. Use a jack stand. - DossExplorerSo as someone said, we are only talking an inch, so I assume it is OK to not unhook.
- jnharleyExplorerWe have the 4 pt Big Foot system and each jack raises 17K and we on occasion have a tire off the ground in campgrounds. Does Quadra recommend it-no but they do it when servicing the system. We feel confident enough to do it for a short period of time to change a tire but only on a Goode level surface.

I can see how it is life changing at the campgrounds but I hadn't thought about changing tires
So let's say you are on the shoulder of an interstate with a blown tire. I know on mine you can obviously extend the front jacks independently. Do you just extend the jacks on the side with the blow out?
Exactly, and throw in a cordless impact and you can be back on the road in under 15 minutes, 5 minutes if the spare is readily accessible.
