Any input on Crusader?

We have been looking at all of our local dealers, and thought we narrowed our search down to the Crusader 315, and the Grand Design Reflection 337. Both models have different pros and cons, but, we have not had the "wow" when walking into any fiver at this point. Last night, I was looking at other mid profiles, and came across the Keystone Mountaineer 310 RET. I know absolutely nothing about Keystone, good, bad, or indifferent. The floor plan looks to be right up our alley, and of course it is priced out of our original range. If anyone has any feedback on Keystone, Mountaineer, or this model, it would be helpful. It is a new model for '14, so I don't expect there are a ton out there.

2013 model 330MKS-Will be two years in late July. Over 10,000 miles with no issue BUT there is a know issue with wear/tearing on the bottom of the slides with Darco wrap where the rollers contact.. With the Darco, there may be an issue will water seeping through the edge of the Darco if not watched carefully. Members on the Primetime forum has been asking for months about repairs, modification or what Primetime is going to do about it but Primetime has remained silent. One of the Mods., RV Guy used to be active but since the questions started he has disappeared. I believe the Crusader offers a lot for the money and quality is good as any unit in that price range.

Many posters comment about the good factory service but there are 24 pages of comments and Primetime has been silent.

Like bird chaser, we preferred the Grand Design floorplan. Access to fridge with slides in was a deal breaker for us.

We have a 2012 Crusader 320RLT love the floor plan, one of the things that sold us on the make was the fact they (Prime Time) seem to do things a little different. Love the extra large shower, 4 door fridge, fire place, slam shut baggage doors and retractable TV. I really like the front cap the way it's cut away on the corners allows 88 deg turns with a short box without hitting the cab. They were new to making 5th wheels when we got ours though they had been making TT's for a number of years.

Crusader 295rst 2014 touring edition in champagne. We are going into our second season and really love the floorplan and feel it was an amazing value considering all the options. No other manufacturer came close. Including jayco I don't find quality an issue. There were some problems with the Darco lining the underside of the large slides but fixed under warranty. As a company PT has a reputation of taking good care of their customers.

I have done a great deal of research and found that the Crusader by Prime Time is one of the top units in terms of quality. It was our first choice when we went to purchase the 295RL we happened to see a Reflection by Grand Design. The floor plan fit us better the quality fit and finish was second to none. After several hours comparing the two we ended up purchasing the Grand Design. They just received the excellence in quality award by the RVDA. I would look at these guys.

We have a Crusader 290RLT and love it. This is the best floor plan for us. We find the quality is good and our dealer is great. If we were to buy this year i would go for the 294 an even better floor plan and only a foot longer.

We purchased a Crusader 295RST last year and love it. IMO you can't beat them for the money.
