If you are looking for a QUALITY RV I would suggest you look elsewhere!
And you base this on what??? Total lack of experience with the product!!
While there are other "QUALITY RVS" available in the market, one has to also do a comparison in terms of $$$$$$$ cost for other RVS. I looked at some other QUALITY RVS but I couldn't justify spending $70K to $100K. Not all RV bank accounts are equal:) The term QUALITY is by default a relative term:)
For one example of a QUALITY RV I know of one that has a triple stacked box frame that is made of two 2X6 and one 2X3 pcs of tube steel welded together making it 2"X 15" . It also comes with H or J rated Quality tires from GY and Michelin.
I can keep going if you want.
You don't know me or what experience I have had.
The OP asked for opinions, I gave mine without bad mouthing anyone. A little defensive I would say. - kakampersExplorer

I personally know a couple of the Moderators. They are fine people. I bet you wouldn't have the guts to say that to their faces! I think they are very fair and honest. You will see many negative comments on their website. Often the problems are resolved after some discussion...
-x1 I consider Heartland 'heartless' with the lackluster support for what I considered a deathtrap the 2011 Cyclone 300C. The heartless forum supports positive comments but will censure those with issues based upon a faulty product. the moderators on that forum are nothing more than spineless puppets.

X2...the people censured on the Heartland forum are those who constantly "beat a dead horse" and insist on bashing the company, as well they should be, after all Heartland does own and monitor their forum.
As for the moderators...you won't find a better group of people who put up with alot of******and volunteer their time and knowledge. - Bob_VaughnExplorerWe have been more than pleased with our 2011 Big Country by Heartland....we have had rv's for 47 years and multiple brands......

B.O. - lakeside013104ExplorerWe love our Bighorn. We had a minor electrical H/W heater problem. Dealer came to our home and repaired it on the spot. Can't ask for better service. Had a question after dealer had closed, posted that question on Heartland's forum and within 10 minutes I had an accurate answer. This is a great company that makes a very good product.
Lakeside - dbblsExplorerAfter fixing a few leaks our Heartland product has been great. Company support is excellent. Visit the Heartland owners forum and read for yourself.

- hoopersExplorerMy 2013 Bighorn has been good so far. Some upfront warranty issues, but I think all brands have upfront issues, unless you go to the higher priced brands (mobile suites, Excel, etc). But maybe they have upfront issues too.
JMHO, but I thought Heartland, Jayco and KZ seemed to have the "fewest" complaints among the hi-volume producers. But again, they all have complaints. - kakampersExplorer
