It is tough as nails, one piece (no more seams to caulk), whiter than white, and has a life time guarantee. More over, the cost was about the same as a new rubber roof. In my opinion, the Dow Chemicals poly urea coating, is a big improvement over the rubber roof. The down side is the fact that they have a very limited number of installing dealers, so you may have to travel a ways to get it done. It can only be applied indoors and may take up to 3 days to complete so add the cost of a motel to the price. If you decide to go that way you won't be disappointed in your forever roof.

I could not agree more. I had mine done in Madison, MS in January 2016.
