Dicor or Eternabond

I would use Eternabond. If installed properly, it's a one time repair.

X2 on eternobond... I put a strip of 6” on BOTH front and rear seams the first weekend I had my new fiver

Clean it up well and go with the Eternabond tape. It will be a one time repair for as long as you own the trailer if you do it right. Mine is going on 14 years.

I use both and both are great. The main thing is to check the roof now and then for any problems. Then fix with either one. I am equally impressed with both.

I've used nothing but self leveling Dicor on my 32' trailers roof. No problems in 21 years.
If you use the sticky tape follow instruction especially when your laying it over silicon or piled up lap sealant. Then once you get it down right add Dicor around the edges to seal out water like the pros do it. Just be aware the trailer mfg may void your roof warranty....if it still in effect.

I did both caps with Externabond a couple months ago. I’ll probably do the vents, etc before winter.

You rally should use self leveling dicor for sealing roof areas. Eternabond is a permanent repair and once it’s down it is down. Much much better to use correct roof sealant.
