You don't have to wonder, just do a test and note the bumper position from the outside rear mirrors in relation to the front compartment.
Then add some for safety margin and tilt. Then pay close attention. :)
For example, I know I can see 12" inches of daylight between the bumper and opposite side of the front compartment area when I'm getting close.
