Says a lot about the 'character' of a company and how it 'feels' about employees
As much as I feel bad for the employees these things happen.
This is the way most companies close. There are reasons that employees are not allowed to enter the building. You never know how anyone will react to bad news. The safety of the employees has to be considered.
Not true, even a sudden closing, the correct method is to arrange to escort employees to get any personal property in the building. - musicman54Explorerthe news story above is not all true the towable plant in oregon was shut down today i have a cousin that lost his job there today we had a lot of snow here last few days and they lost power at there house and now out of work glad im retired people give these companys all the have and then throw them away

Yep, pretty disgraceful. Could have been handled better rather than wait until folks show up for a new work day. - JEBarExploreraccording to the link, at least this time, they aren't stiffing their owners and dealers .... when Monaco went out last time, they walked away from any responsibility to honor their warranties

Says a lot about the 'character' of a company and how it 'feels' about employees - loulou57ExplorerThat is too bad for the employees.
Our TT was made by Monaco for a Canadian Firm. We really like it. When we have had issues with our TT I just called them in Elkhart, even though our trailer was made in Oregan. They helped us even after the year warranty. I am sad to see them go. - Us_out_WestExplorer“Monaco’s towable division was very small in the scheme in our whole portfolio of companies. The division represented less than 2 percent of total sales,”
