I've only had one real problem with them. We were getting new tires on our '93 Vette and, when they parked the car after finishing, they managed to run the nose into the corner of a block wall. Just barely clipped it, but enough to cause damage. Took it to a local body shop for a touch-up and they paid it. No questions asked, especially when I showed them were it was parked, where the ding was and how the wall was made, which had a piece sticking out.
