- oilslickExplorerNo bathroom and fridge access while traveling, must have very close fridge access from the entry door while parked and the fact main TV not watchable from BOTH recliners all deal breakers. Mid door with fridge and bathroom close.
- JEBarExplorerwith it being a NEW 2012 model and the 2015's on sale they should be offering a major discount off of window sticker .... depending on when they were made, the tires may already be around 4 years old and that can easily be a very bad thing .... tires that have been sitting for so long may look good but could easily have unseen issues with sidewall hardening caused by lack of flexing .... it might pay to have its value confirmed by NADA .... for me one minor concern would be the lack of a shelf or cabinet of any type beside the bed .... the TV location wouldn't be a problem for us
Jim - AllworthExplorer IIWe had an Outback with a rear door. In addition to the previously mentioned problems with locating next to the pad and wet steps..... when the sofa bed was deployed, I had to climb over the corner of the bed to take the dog out. He didn't mind; he went under.
Access to the bathroom when closed up is one thing my wife checks first. - restlesswindExplorerNot much elbow room at the bathroom sink,I sure would not care for the rear door location,as others have pointed out,the steps would be off the concrete slab in many parks,The recliner blocking the doorway would be a deal breaker for me.
I would say.....Keep looking, the perfect one is out there waiting for you to make an offer. - LantleyNomadTV position is awkward TV does not face the seats. A swinging mount may be a simple solution. Questionable bathroom access with slide closed. Very little counter space. Rear entry could create minor access issues.
But overall an OK plan for a smallish unit.
Every plan out their has some compromise including mine! LOL - janegowestExplorer

I would probbly hit my head on the curb side slide out but that's because I am a klutz, but if I liked a floor plan with that, I would not let it stop me from getting it.
This works great for a visual deterrent, and a cushion if you do hit it.
Thank you! Great idea!! - janegowestExplorer

To add to what some others have said, I know my wife would quickly complain about the lack of counter space. That was the problem with our old TT and this plan is almost as bad.
This had more counter space than most I have seen in this length, but I was wondering if it was enough... - janegowestExplorer

My only possible concern would be if you cannot get to the bathroom or fridge without putting out the slide. Other than that it looks like a nice rig.
Yikes! Thank you!! I did not see that!! I would consider it important! - AZ_T_TExplorer

That is also what I would be concerned about. Access to the bathroom without opening the slideout is a big deal while traveling, - rhagfoExplorer III
