Replacing Rubber EPDM roof - 2001 Jayco Designer

Have you considered using Eternabond tape to cover the transitions from the EDPM to the fiberglass caps and along the sides? I have a 1995 Jayco Designer and have used the Eternabond tape in this fashion and it has held up very well for the past 3 years.
