I can't speak on personal experience with toy haulers but I believe that most toy haulers a are configured to be pin heavy unloaded (no toys) so that once loaded the pin weight nets out at around 20% of the loaded weight of the trailer, which is considered the best balance for Towing stability. With that said you should probably stick with a toy hauler with a gvwr of 10k lbs or less.
Anything more will likely exceed the stickered gvwr (payload) rating for your f250. People do it all the time, but I have chosen to only tow what my truck is rated for. It makes Towing a pleasurable experience and provides good peace of mind with the precious cargo in the cab.
