This queation has been asked about a hundred times. Short answer is there is none.

Water pump operation takes about half of the circuit load. That's enough to cause other lights on the same circuit to dip a bit in the cycles.

Wiring diagrams are so variable. Installers look for shortcuts as they learn the individual units, and moving things now might involve running wires from their present location to where you want them, but there is no shortcuts.

Not much help, but it is the way it is.

Generally wire diagrams are not available. Check the connections at the fixtures and the ground bus.
