Not Quite FullTimners, but kitchen question...
We are "wanna be" full timers. We plan to full time it about 9 months of the year as of now, with the goal being the full 12 months. But we have this issue we're not sure how best to deal with, and that involves kitchen food. By that I am referring to things like flour, sugar, coffee, all non-refrigerator items. We are mostly in the northern climates and do not have the luxury, YET, of going south for the entire winter as we have elder care commitments. But when we need to stay in extended stay hotels, what do you do with some of the food items? Must you dispose of them to avoid the rodents? Or is there an alternative?
