They demanded service at 60k, 90k and 120k. Provided proof for 66k, 103k and 119k. But that was not close enough for them even though it had nothing to do with the transmission failure.Bad Sam will get no more of my business. i have lost faith in them as a company and warn all who have to cancel and get their money back before being disappointed.

Good to know, that's always something that concerns me.

All service contracts (and OEM warranties) require that oil changes and service be performed to keep the coverage in force. We don't specify the intervals, we ask our customers to perform the oil changes and services according to the manufacturer's requirements.If you feel that you have met the manufacturer's service intervals, I'd be happy to re-open the claim and have a look at the documentation.

So you were 6000 miles late on one service, 13000 miles late on another and 1000 miles early on a third. Obviously you did not meet the service interval recommended by the manufacturer, so I don't see how you have a legitimate complaint.

I am happy that my interpretation was correct at the time of my services but, as Mr. Blanc states, they have changed and clarified their towing requirements so please read first and get the service needed.

IN FACT, I just re-read page 453 of my manual and it states for Schedule B that "if you usually" operate under "frequent towing".
I maintain that I am not usually or frequent but somewhere in between A & B.

Yes, I read the "company line" by obviously employees.
My complaint is more that what is in the Dodge maintenance book does not state that towing does not have to be full time for the 30,60,90k etc. That is only BAD SAM's rigid interpretation of their recommendations, to their benefit but not to the vehicle's real needs. The regular main=tenace schedule is 100K, certainly a lot different than 30k interval and I only tow about ½ time.

Good Sam says you must follow the manufacturers interval

I read every post quite carefully, including Mr. Blanc's. What the OP said and what Mr. Blanc said seem to not agree. It is quite possible an adjuster required service intervals not specified by the manufacturer and not in accordance to Mr. Blanc's statement.
