I know this poster personally and am aware of their current problems. They have been waiting for two weeks now just for a return call from NG to get their claim process in gear so that they can get on with their lives. Marcus needs to help out here as it seems NG has no interest in providing quick and responsible service.
Is this delayed process what the rest of us can expect if we too have problems and need to get NG to take action? I sure hope not, as I (along with many others) will tend to find this lack of customer service to be what we can expect and cause a rapid decline of any future renewals.
Waiting two weeks is totally unacceptable.
