Not trying to jump on the bash-wagon about NG. I recently switched from Progressive to GMAC (before it switched names) and when I went to pay online, I find that 1.) it's no longer GMAC 2.) they don't let me pay on-line. 3.) it took me four different people (on the phone) trying to find out about my policy.
