We will not travel at night just for similar reasons. Who wants to be broken down in some unknown area in the dark and waiting for help to arrive. Mishaps are bad enough during the day.

I had to call Good Sam on a Sunday evening this past Father's Day and waited about two hours to have a tire changed. Fortunately, I was sitting in a Wal-Mart parking lot and out of danger. I can understand the delay as I was a number of miles from any sizable town in Arkansas and it was Father's Day. Makes me wonder if traveling on a Sunday is even wise.
