It is not my job to make sure people don't whine. Actually, if you knew me you'd know that I frequently praise good service and rarely get this upset. When I do, I go directly to the company first. They had an opportunity to fix things both the night it happened and since. It was their choice to drag their feet on fixing this and my choice to spread my story wherever I possibly can.
Since I posted this, I received in the mail a written apology. Well, that's a step in the right direction. Now, to get them to refund my membership fee.
And yes, we are new RVers. This was a month since we bought our RV & only our second trip in it. We are hoping repairs are completed so,we can take it to Texas next weekend.
