We recently had a tire blow out. It was early Sunday afternoon. We called GS and they said they would call us back when they found someone to help us. They didn't call back. We called them back and they found someone to come out but that it would be an hour. This was after already waiting 45 minutes in the 97 degree heat. After another hour, we get a call from the tow truck driver who said they were stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire, and was waiting for a back up crew to help him and then on to us. (Really?) After waiting a total of 3 hours in the heat, finally someone shows up and had us on the road within 10 minutes. We have used Good Sam before and always had much better service, but that was on a weekday, not a weekend. Good Sam needs to do better.
