We also just canceled GS road side service, Last month had a flat on our 5th wheel and wife called and was on phone for 1 1/2 hrs with them. Said everyone is scheduled for the day!!!!!! How do you schedule emergency road service? This started at 10:am. Wife transfer to membership service to cancel and they said it sometimes takes a 1 1/2 hr to respond to a call. Wife said she was on phone for that long and they told her they were busy for rest of day. They didn't even care less that we were canceling. Took 3 weeks for us to get refund.
We also wrote a letter to them and never heard back. Pretty bad customer service if you ask me.
