The member benefits booklet lists the specific services included; almost all of them end with the phrase "Member responsible for parts & labor". Fixing your leaking valve extension is billable labor.
The only thing included at no additional cost is the limited towing under specific conditions, a few other specific items as listed, and sending a service truck if requested. Whatever you ask the service truck to fix is billable labor.
