That was a 'Trucks Only' (tax exempt) metered pump.......COMMERCIAL VEHICLES
If you did not have a DOT number you would not have been able to fuel up at that pump. You should have be asked to move.
So you did not pay fuel taxes........you will need to include appropriate number on IFTA-101 Schedule A
