KOA/Allstate Motor Club and blood pressure

OMG!!!! What a joke it can be if it weren't so serious as a failure of customer service and communications between the customer and AMC. It even gets worse once the call gets dispatched to a contracted vendor and begins to roll down hill like a snowball headed for well you know where.

Over the weekend I posted a tire repair question dealing with GSRA. Received some speculation replies then followed up with a post my Zach to drop him a PM should I need further assistance.

Then I got to thinking, I just recently signed up with GSRA and still had my membership with KOA-Allstate which I have been a dues paying member for the last 20 years. That equates to around $2,000 in dues over the period of time I have been a member, so I figured let Allstate pick up the bill for this call. WOW!!!! thus began the opening scene to a real bad movie, the kind you couldn't make up. The real twist in the call to KOA-Allstate Motor Club came with I got a follow up call from Good Sam Roadside Assistance wanting to verify that the issue has been taken care of.

Now, did you notice that the call was made to KOA/Allstate and the follow up was from Good Sam?

Too keep it short I'll do a quick summary. Call placed, still so solution to the matter. Over 1 hour 15 minutes on the phone. Lied to, frustrated, took blood pressure medication and thankful that I'm not stranded on the side of the road but rather in my driveway at home.
