Marcus Rapid Response Team - JJnLillyExplorerWe have been waiting since August to receive our permanent card. Twice we've been told it was sent. We have received other communication (and our CW gift certificate) but still no card. I've printed temp cards but would like a 'real' card. Just about to request a refund and forget them.

Marcus Rapid Response Team - 1970hankinsExplorerWe purchased a GS membership from CW 12/26/2014 and still have been unable to register on the Good Sam website. My account is active buy I'm unable to receive any benefits which is not cool. The one time I actually got to speak to someone at Good Sam they told me just to keep waiting. What am I supposed to wait until my year subscription is over before I can register and use the route planner? VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!

Thanks Elizabeth, PM sent - Jayco23FBExplorerKeep pressing them to get your card sent out. Last year it took me 5 months to get my card. I wasn't able to use my discounts for the entire summer.
