Pilot discount at the pump WITH GS CLUB CARD
Has ANYONE EVER actually gotten the advertised discount AT THE PUMP from any Pilot station anywhere ??

"Does it work at truck lanes?
You will need to come inside, scan your card, and prepay in order to use at the truck lanes. You will NOT need to come inside using the RV or other lanes."
I believe the part in red is not true.
I have tried it at 4 stations in 4 different states and the result is always the same: It says "See your receipt for the discount" but there never IS any and I have to go inside to actually get a refund for the discount amount.
This looks like a purposeful scam to me. How many people actually LOOK at the receipt to see what price they are paying ??
If this doesn't get fixed soon I will be AVOIDING Pilot stations instead of seeking them out. With a tool like Gas Buddy you can see that their price often isn't the lowest anyway, even WITH the discount.
