Roadside sent the mobile tech to the wrong place!

They admit they sent them to the wrong address and now they are saying I'm responsible for the charges ?!?!?!?

Marcus - what's your opinion on that ?

Are you willing to lose my
rv and auto insurance,
my extended service policy and
my roadside assistance over YOUR screw up ?

  • GS towed my MH to a place that would not and could not fix my brakes. That was on a Sunday. They picked it up again on Monday and took it to a different place that did fix it. It cost me a night in a motel, and extra trip from SC to Fla in the toad then back a week later to pick it up. No charge for the double tow, but I saw the tow charge it was hundreds of dollars, twice.
  • That is absurd but quite typical of the level of customer service from Camping World/Good Sam.

    Think about it: if they did things the right way and empowered local managers to resolve problems, there would be no need for the "Rapid Response Team."
