SWIPE & SAVE Membership Card
How can I get a SWIPE & SAVE Membership Card? My membership does not expire until Jan 2016.

I got an app in the mail, it says only good at select Pilot stations, how do you know which one it is good at. have seen on this forum of people who didn't get the discounts because the station was not a select station. so you pay the member fee and think you will save money but it's a hit and miss affair. I can't see spending $25 to save $2
