Good morning. When using your new Swipe & Save card with your credit card make sure that you first swipe your credit card at the pump followed by the Swipe & Save card. If you use the Swipe & Save card first the pump will not recognize it and will then present the "Please see cashier" message.
In the future, the best way for us to assist you is by calling our customer service line at 877-866-7378 so that we can make sure your card is activated and give you a refund if you did not receive your discount.
