Marcus, on Feb. 20 while we were spending the month in Gulf Shores Al.
I lost the keys to our toad (2006 Town & Country van). The key is chipped,programend to the cars computer and had to be programed by a Chrysler dealer. I called GSRA and a young man named Nick in Texas knew what my problem was. Nick called me back in a few minutes and said a towing co. called Little Bittys towing would be there in an hour and forty five minutes. Little Bitty called in five minutes said He would be there in twenty minutes, Little Bitty has a fairly new wrecker and was in a clean uniform (not usual for drivers). One hour later the Chrysler dealer called for us to come and pick up our van. Thank You Marcus and BIG THANK YOU TO NICK!!!
