I called the number and after locating me the rep told me it would be about an hour for a tow to arrive. About an hour later they called back to see if the truck had arrived, it had not. The GS rep put me on hold to contact the towing company. She told me he was about 15 minutes out.
Driver showed up and towed me to a Freightlined dealer.
Just want to share that their service met my expectations.
As a side note, I asked the driver what the cost of the tow would have been. He told me about $600.

It only takes one tow like this for people to figure out that the GSRS service is a bargain and relieves a person from worrying about "when will I need a tow and when"? As Murphy's law says " every RVer will break down at least once, it just a matter of when and where":)
