If it doesn't work for YOU, cancel it. There's hundreds, probably thousands, maybe even hundreds of thousands, who are satisfied customers. They're not going away anytime soon. I doubt your leaving will affect them much...not everything is "right" for everyone. They provide services, discounts, products, heck, they'll even mail you cards and letters for free...:W..if you find one or more of these things useful, keep your membership...if not, cancel it....Dennis
