This problem as described by the OP is very curious.
I can hold up my Samsung S5 Smartphone and ask it (voice command: OK GOOGLE) to find any address in the USA and in SECONDS it has pinpointed the location WITH DIRECTIONS on Google Maps.
What on earth kind of system is GSE using?
In any case any local tow company would know the exact location of the truck stop anyway...something is Rotten in Denmark here.
