- ctpresExplorerNewer telescopic doubles as step ladder. 12.5' telescopic converts to 6' two sided step ladder. Ebay under $100.

Found this in another post at Target for those of you needing a ladder. Thanks Army11Bravo.
Glad I could help. Several people have quoted lower prices, but they all appear to be the home ladders, not the commercial pro-grade type 1A telescoping ladders. I used my Target red card, which discounted the ladder to $160 with free shipping.
Just noticed this is the Xtend and Climb brand ladder. It has a "no pinch closure system" that slows down the lower sections when closing. Nice touch, but I didn't think it was worth $100. I've used both - there's no other difference that I could see. - Army11BravoExplorer II

I have seen that same ladder for as low as $75. Here is one place with free shipping and they offer a 10% discount. 12.5 telescopic ladder
I've had mine for several years without any problems. I treat it like a ladder that my well being depends on. It is easy to tell when the sections are locked.
I got mine a couple years ago for about $85 from another mail order place. Love it! Cleaned and siliconed it last fall. Keep your fingers out of the way when you let it down! - MrWizardModeratorMine is three years old, still works perfect
It is a mechanical device, of course you want to keep it clean, lubed, and safe
Came with a storage bag, and stays in the bay, on top, not buried
Always ready

Problem? The slightest bit of dirt/grit on the tubes prevents locking and extension ,we called it "the worlds most dangerous ladder".
Buy it, keep it surgically clean ,don't put any dings in it and you are good.I consider them disposable.
