I'm a Winnie owner and that Super Chief sounds good to me. IMHO, after you get all the bugs out (if any) you will have a nice coach for a long time! My neighbor had one and enjoyed his. I would put money into that coach when I had too as I go along! If needed fix the basics first, tires and brakes and steering you need those before anything else! Happy Trails with your new S.C.
