Another small advantage to having a tag is that you have a set of tires to rotate to the front if needed. In our case, I received a bad alignment and didn't know it for 2,000 miles (alignment done in California). I checked the front tires and notice obvious wear on the insides of both front tires. So, I took it to a reputable truck alignment place in Nashville.
They rotated my tag tires to the front so I had a fresh set with no wear. Put a total of 57,000 miles before I replaced with a new set of Michelins (tires were 7 yrs. old by the date codes).
Our coach has a lifting tag. Some coaches, like the Prevost brand chassis, the tag releases pressure but doesn't lift, the Newell coaches have steerable tags.
That is what you need MR Marks A NEWELL. That is a coach!

RayChez, two things that I don't like about the Newell, air operated front door and the bifold hinged cargo doors. We stopped by the Newell factory in Miami, OK, a year or so ago to look at the coaches. They are beautiful coaches but I could not get the bifold hinged cargo door to close, then it finally moved. I may have been doing something wrong.
I'm really leaning towards a Prevost, they are just solid as a rock.
