2003 southwind 32vs.....pricing

About to make an offer on a 2003 fleetwood southwind 32vs, ford chassis, well appointed, has sat, surround, electric awning. It is in good condition 24k miles. Needs tires, date code in from 2006. NADA is $29.8k low, average is $36k, I did not include mileage or options.

What should I offer/end up at? This is from a private party .

    Probably because the question is too broad for any specific answers. It all boils down to what you are willing to pay, and what the seller is willing to take.

    Without real specific details on the condition, it is hard for anyone to
    render a reliable opinion.

    It is 11 years old. You cannot finance it, in general 10 year old RV's are more difficult to finance.

    It needs tires. so right there is about $2500 right off the bat.

    I think you are going to have to make the decision on your own.

    Besides its Sunday. Non one is home on the internet. :)
