Slides had issues when new that were the fault of the dealer not knowing how to adjust them. I downloaded the instructions from the manufacturer and they were very straightforward. Step by step. I went through the adjustment to get all the cables the right length and position and the slides perform well since. Did have one trip where they would not extend fully, just to a point and stop. I removed the access cover above the slide, inside the coach and the problem was obvious. We had traveled some VERY bumpy roads that day and the cables had flopped across each other. I simply lifted the crossed cable back to its normal position and all was well again. Normally the tension in the cables is sufficient to keep them in place but this once it was not. Never had a problem with the smaller slide in the bedroom.
One sofa folds out into a bed, the other is a jack knife fold out. They would open at the same time but blocked access front to rear. We removed the jack knife on the street side (not on the slide) and replaced it with a recliner and table. Much more useful for us. The dinette also folds down into a bunk.
When I first got the unit it swayed a bit like nearly all Ford chassis units do because Thor had not set the sway bar correctly for the load. Repositioned the end links on the sway bar to the more aggressive position (inner mounting hole on bar) and sway is much improved. Check out a thread 'Cheap Handling Fix' as it applies to nearly all Ford Chassis motorhomes. Very stable now. Easy to drive.
