It should be for the same number of holes and for the same distance apart; there are a few standard spacings out there. But it should not be hard to find a suitable and very likely better quality faucet.

If it is just the sprayer and not the main faucet thats broken, you can get just a sprayer at Lowes or Home Depot.
You may want to take the old one with you to ensure you get the appropriate fittings.
