2013 Daybreak 32H

I found this MH not far from me, it meets my req's of two pass tru storage bays, 65 gals FW, 32 ft long, two slides, two A/C's and 50 amp service. The MH has 7000 miles on it the Ford V-10 sucked a valve and ruined the engine the PO paid $16k to have this dealership install a new engine with a 2 year warranty. The dealership wants $79,995. When I checked Nada it was between $59-$71k with no options and no allowance for mileage. Dealership says they added for full body paint, low mileage and a new engine with warranty and come up to a Nada valve of $81K. MRP is $133k. Two questions: What is a fair price and those that have owned a newer Daybreak was is your feeling about the MH?

why is at the dealer for sale ?
did the OP trade it in after the replacing the engine ?
    why was it repainted ?

These are very good questions that need a logical answer. They should make sense to you. You should look under the front end to make sure that everything was buttoned-up after the engine change, and to look over everything underneath. Even if you do not know about the underside, look for loose things, scrapes, or broken things, or things that do not look right. Same thing on the inside, be very critical, open everything, feel for solidness where there should be solid. Pull on things, make sure that everything does work, do not take their word for it. They are really proud of the unit, it seems from the price.
To me, there are some red flags on this unit, that's just to me.

. Would you pay $5000 over Nada ave retail if the MH was in good condition?
