Any input as to who makes the highest HP diesel engine in a 40' sized motor home? I was looking at a 2014 Dynamax Grand Sport GT with 525 hp but it was sold and they have discontinued this model. Thanks for any comments.

Newell has a 600 bhp as standard now.

Many brands with Cummins ISX650.

Older Beaver Marquis had 505 hp Cat C-12 later Patriot thunder and Marquis models go to 600 hp but not sure if any are 40'....might be larger.

Might want to take WEIGHT into consideration when asking the HP question.

One of the best HP/weight ratios is the no slide Foretravel U320 with Cummins M engine. 450/500 HP in reasonably light weight coach. Came in 36 and 40'
