Let me see from 89 to 15 is 25 years if he gets 1/2 the service out of the replacements he will be just fine. - phillygExplorer IIBest bet is a Banks (or similar) header system. Putting stock manifolds on guarantees the same problem returning.
- You could have broken bolts, however just replacing them may not solve problem as the original exhaust manifolds could be warped.
Kind of expensive for real good headers for your year. The standard ones here should work just fine. (verify that they are smog equipped) You may still have to fix bolts.
Headers - ksg5000ExplorerIs the leak due to manifold bolts busting loose - common problem in some of the E350's. If so you can drill out/replace those bolts.
