We are fairly new to this RV and just got back from a 6500 mi trip. On the trip home, I could not get the jacks to operate, no indication of power to the panel. I had a truck mechanic in Iowa look at it and all he managed to do is "take out" my headlights. I'm thinking a Georgie Boy owner might have some insight. When posting a problem such as this, it's VERY helpful to provide as much information as possible. i.e. Model number, Brand, etc. of the type of product you're having trouble with. Many mfgs use the same brand of jacks as yours, not just Georgie Boy. By providing this info, you'll get more, and usually better answers. Good luck.....Dennis

They all have a fuse, did you check that? As I remember it should be on the very top of the control where the joystick is located.

Thank You. Just got coach it is 2008 allegro bus, it has atwood controller in it, I had checked fuses all good, my problem is front leg bent so bad it would not go up I have it 8 inches off the ground but I think it has to be. replaced, I am assuming it is electric.

Hello Bob....Like you I also have a 1996 Georgie Boy Cruisemaster. First of all to operate the jacks you will need to have the emergency brake on. Attached to the emergency brake is a switch that will apply a ground connection to the jack controller unit. Just yesterday I had to re-solder the wire to this switch because the jack controller was not working.Hopefully I have explained this so it is understandable. If you need more info or a better explanation please let me know.

Our jacks are Big Foot jacks. The factory is in Sturgis Micigan and if you have theirs they are very helpful even by phone. Also we have a reset button in the compartment where the air compresser is.
