I would never use any 12v compressor to inflate an 80psi tire. I melted the plastic on the 12v plug on one when just inflating a travel trailer tire to 60psi. You need one with the jumper cable style leads.

If the compressor has a cigar plug it is going to be weak.

"Fully inflates car tires in 3 minutes or less" and that is probably a 13" car tire! Can you imagine how long it will take to air up a 22.5 truck tire, and how hot it will be by the time you get it aired up. And that heat is what kills those little compressors.

Its not designed to nor marketed for the inflation of your 22.5 tire so not really sure what your point is?? its a 12V mini compressor
being sold on sale at CW? there is a trillion RV tires out there that it will inflate if their slightly low on air.CW was not exspecting a person with 22.5 inch tires to purchase this unit with the sole intention of using it to inflate 22.5 tires

Just because an air compressor is rated at 150 lbs doesn't mean it will inflate a MH tire..at least not in a time period that one can devote to the task or hold the chuck onto the valve stem. You have to consider the CFM that the unit delivers at a given psi. The Harbor Freight one delivers 0.88 CFM. But it doesn't tell you at what psi it achieves that rate of CFM. Look at a larger AC air compressor. They will normally give you the CFM at 40 lbs and at 90 lbs. The 90 lb rating is usually about 1/2 of the 40 lb rating.
That all may seem a bit technical but really it isn't. Just compare CFM to lb on any air compressor you are interested in. .88 CFM is only good for bike tires and any other low volume items. Yes, it will air up a tire, but its not going to air up a MH tire.

well if it will fill a car tire in 3 minutes and has a 150psi rating
one will have to assume it will top off a MH tire.Obviously the higher the PSI required the longer it take,s as there is no accumulation of air in a supply tank.These are in my opinion only designed to add a few pound,s to a tire to top off.There certainly not inteneded to fill a MH tire from say 75 lbs back up to 120 lbs in my opinion.Ar least I would not purchase one exspecting such?
there both cigar liter aplications(HF+CW).One could easly change this to run directly off a battery if u so desired

Has anyone used the Harbor Freight or Camping World compressors on motor home tires? I doubt the Camping World compressor will do the job, only cigarette lighter plug.
