Hopefully the police were called and a citation was issued to the driver of the jeep. ( and they have insurance) If not, it can turn into a he said, she said thing. Although driver pulling out in front of you is a big hill to climb to blame it on you I would think.
Something you might consider the RV place they towed it to is not preferred because they do the best work ( which they may well, I would have no knowledge)
They are preferred because they have a contract with your INS company and keep the rates down. They may well do that by using after market and used parts.
If you are not at fault, you have the right at least in WA to insist they use new parts. If on the other hand you are determined to be at fault, even partially, then they can use after market stuff. As you insurance is paying the bill and it will be in the contract, they can do that.
At least in WA if you are not at fault it will not raise you rates. I believe this info is pretty much correct, although I acknowledge I could be off base
