- Had to fix an "oops" today. Plywood will generally bend in one direction, but not 2.
The back of this plywood bends slightly down towards the rear of the coach, as well as bending towards the side.
So, since the adhesive was hard, I cut this out in 2 pieces, as shown by the red lines.
You talk about being tough to remove the adhesive? Wow, such a scraping and cutting trying to get it all off was definitely difficult.
I hope I'll never have to remove any of that stuff (adhesive), again. Johnny G1 wrote:

We have our moments. When it's 95 degrees out, and the humidity is higher than the temperature, the heat index is 110 - and yes, we've had a few of those days this summer, that's not fun either.
Thanks for the posts. :)- Johnny_G1ExplorerNot the warmest place in the US for that kind of work, Just my thought's, best get it finished soon. everything lookin good.

Did you feather sand the outer edges of the last center row of plywood to prevent a wear edge of the TPO?
That would fall under the category of "couple of minor things to touch up before gluing the TPO down".
I suppose it would be easier and take less time if I just added a strip of ChemLink M1 along the edges and smoothed them out a little.
Depends on how long it looks like it will take, and how I do it. Guess I'll have to have a little thought on the process.Johnny G1 wrote:
What I would like to know is where this project being done, we got snow last nite so a little cold here for this type of work, Thanks.
Depends on what is trying to be accomplished at the time. I have welded in steel framing during single digit F temperatures. Definitely not the most comfortable doing that.
Here's a map of most of US and Canada, with the red dot for a general location, not exact.
Tonight is supposed to be in the lower 30's F. Then this coming week in the 60's and 70's during the day, with night time temps in the 40's and 50's somewhere.- PastorCharlieExplorerDid you feather sand the outer edges of the last center row of plywood to prevent a wear edge of the TPO?

- Capt'n, Capt'n, Capt'n,
WHAT NOW?
Look, Look, Look!
WHAT?
No more hump!!!!!!
- Finally late today the weather cleared up, the sun came out, so I went up on the roof and removed all my weights, and this is the last piece of plywood in the center, which is now glued into place.
Wahoo!
I still have a couple of minor things to touch up before gluing the TPO down, but the bulk of the work is done.
- By the way.....
For those who want to duplicate my efforts...
Here are all the weights I used for holding plywood down.
Batteries, oil, water jugs, paint...
You can count all the pieces so you know what to use. LOL!!!
Yea, right.
