I don't know if this helps much, but I have a 29' 2012 Monaco Montclair which is considered a B+. Keep in mind Monaco is now on it's third owner. The one you are looking at was probably built before the Monaco banko. With this in mind, I have been very disappointed in the quality of my unit. Many components have failed, mostly after the 1 year warranty.
