Happy to give to you in a nutshell..Legally there was Monaco on the roadmaster chassis until 2009....Monaco then went Chapter 11 and sold the assets and not the liabilities to Navistar who then continued with the product but made some styling changes and did use the MAXX FORCE engines....then in 2013, they turned around and sold it to Allied Recreational Group (same owners as Fleetwood and American Coach)...Monaco went bankrupt in 2009 but since the assets were sold to Navistar they legally left a bad taste in the mouth of many people including me...then Navistar sold it to ASV and now ASV is building them but with Cummins engine and a new Roadmaster chassis....however the same support/service staff in Oregon has been there since the early 2000's so the people are there..but legal mumbo jumbo made it different entities..all I know is that parts/service/support widely available...
